Bigd0g: I got no idea how to fix that, but I did move most of the spawn points away from the edges of the platforms. That is just in the freeze server. the FFA will still spawn close to the edges.
MattDrudge: it really isnt a problem more of an inconvience. If your in mid air or moving at all and you phase you continue to move once you respawn and you end up falling off the edge. No biggie.

Bigd0g: I have done 1v1 servers, people get bored and leave rather than wait. It ends up being bot vs bot. Go to any 1v1 quake server on the internet(if there still are any) and I bet you there is noone playing.

The older version has more rails and excitement with the hook and it takes very good skill to go at the top. My son and I only wish that you could eliminate all cheaters with aim-bots as when they used to come in and run the show which we don’t mind but the swearing that went on was out of this world. papa357: never complained to the BD servers, but as someone fit. LMS has followers. I know cutter is too difficult for the beginning player and the game may deter. because it annoys you to the rail is too slow, or freeze for more time than you play. easier to shoot a machine gun two times per second than a frequency of 1 in 1.5s. but every one of you is better than using the hook and rapid rail. without it you play poorly and complain. see the results. without injury. try everything and not just FFA hook. sory for my English.

MattDrudge: That sounds like a great idea Bdog. However, may I make a suggestion? Instead of running the lms and freeze server make it lms and 1v1. Freeze requires a good amount of people on for awhile at a time. Most poeple only stay for a game or two if that and next thing you know your alone in the server. It's hard to get a good freeze match in. I think 1v1 would attract more people and would make for better, more exciting matches. It would create more community with the regular players and add more rivalry to the game. Just my 2 cents...

Bigd0g: There is something I could do on this server that would probably put an end to a lot of the cheaters. I could install Mavericks latest Noghost antibot mod. The only problem with that is it requires a client download which more than likely would bring the people playing on this server to almost none because most people wont do the download.

Killer*console: Well Timbo, The thing with the rockets chasing you is kinda the point. It make the gameplay a little different. Maybe you're right about the reload on the railgun, I'll work on that. As for the falling too slow part, I cut the gravity in half so that you kind of glide through the map instead of just falling. I didn't want to make a server like Bdogs' because that would just be copying and redundant. =) Thanks for checking it out though. Maybe a few ppl that play at Bdogs, or any where else for that matter, could come and play at my server, not to take away from Bdogs though, because Bdogs is still a cool ass server and always will be hopefully. =) peace, console
Timbo: well it was pretty cool Killer*console, but it seems to rocket oriented for me...I personally would have liked it more if the rockets didn't turn as fast, the grapple catches soon, and the rail reload rate is a tad slower...I spent more time trying to shoot the other persons rockets, while mine when after him, then actually shooting at him. But that is just me...oh and i think you fall a little to slowely as well

BigD0g: Dizzy go into your quake3 folder then the baseq3 folder open up the q3config.cfg file with notepad and find the lines in the config that say "seta server1" "seta server2". just type in the IP and port after those then save it. I think you can have all the way up to 16 favorites. ie. seta server16

Bigd0g: Like I have said in the past, if you guys feel the need to change your player name , you need to get off of the server, change it, then come back. Since this mod doesnt have a guid, and only tracks players by there player name, when you change your name while on the server it is going to create these problems. I am not going to start combining stats for players who change there name while on the server, way too time consuming. My best advice is to keep your name the same period.
